Japan: Toyosu October Fish Roe Sales All Up In Volume And Price But Ikura Salmon Caviar And Pollock 

In October, the sales of salt-cured fish roe in the Tokyo Central Wholesale Market continued to see high unit prices, except for ikura salmon caviar. Still, the number of products sold increased steadily except for mentaiko spicy pollock roe. In particular, salted and seasoned herring roe have absorbed higher unit prices and significantly increased their handling volume, Suisan Keizai reported.
