Vega Salmon First in Europe To Achieve BSP Certification
Vega Salmon has reason to celebrate this week as they have achieved Best Seafood Practices (BSP) certification for their processing plant in Handewitt, Germany. Vega Salmon is the first in Europe to be certified to BSP.
BSP is a third-party certification program developed by the Global Seafood Alliance. Launched in 2021, it’s the world’s only certification program capable of linking responsible wild-capture fisheries to certified processing plants and certified vessels.
